Thick, glassy crystals of Cerussite from Bunker Hill. This came out of an old collection and was likely found many decades ago. The thick transparent crystals are more reminiscent of material from Tsumeb than Cerussites you would expect from the USA.

Complex intergrown crystals with excellent luster and good brassy color. Solid Pyrite and a little different than the more commonly seen single crystals from the mine.

Velvety green Prehnite that formed over (now gone) Anhydrite crystals, leaving this rare and wonderful specimen. Transluscent and undamaged. The inside shows the flat, smooth surfaces of the former Anhydrite crystals.

Layer of solid shattuckite covered by Chrysocolla upon which grew the rare double psuedomorph of Shattuckite after Dioptase after Calcite. Good crystals from the spring of 2011 find. Rare and from a limited find.

Fine quality specimen featuring a 2.8cm blue Tourmaline (var. Indicolite) grwoing from a mound of white Albite. A terminated Quartz crystal balances the specimen on the left side. Complete all around, clean, and undamaged.

Silica rich matrix hosting a 1.4cm fossil gastropod that has been replaced by translucent orange Chalcedony. Perfectly preserved and undamaged. This was found in the Morrison formation and is approximately 155 million years old. Collected by Bill Hawes.

Bright yellow crystals of Smithsonite replacing Dolomite, with the curving form of the former Dolomite crystals clearly evident. Smithsonite also covers the surface of the matrix. The bright color is caused by inclusions of Greenockite.
