B561 - Azurite with Malachite Anhui Province, China small cabinet - 6.5 x 5.5 x 3 cm
Shockingly bright, electric blue Azurite crystals lining a large, shallow vug. The color is a more dark, vibrant royal blue than the photos indicate. The photos also don't capture the bright reflections of the crystals - they look like blue foil. These are so incredibly bright I had to take a second look to make sure they weren't Linarite or some other species. I've never Azurite seen like this before, though I have heard Bisbee produced similar Azurites to this at one time.
T624 - Tourmaline Alto Ligonha, Mozambique small cabinet - 5.2 x 2.6 x 2.0 cm
Terminated single Tourmaline crystal with a pink red color and a very thin green cap. This is an old piece in relatively good condition with just a bit of chipping on the back termination edge. It's nicely translucent with an etched base and weighs 51.8 grams. This was recently released from a collection.
T827 - Shattuckite over Dioptase over Calcite Tantara Mine, Katanga, Dem. Republic of Congo cabinet - 9.5 x 6.5 x 6 cm
Large open vug of blue Shattuckite over Dioptase. The Dioptase formerly covered larger Calcite crystals, which are now gone, only the tips of one or two crystals can be seen on the backside now, however their form is clearly evident from the inside of the vug. The specimen is almost entirely Dioptase and Shattuckite. An unusual feature of this specimen is the light, pearly luster on the surface of the Shattuckite, which is more typically a darker, matte luster. Rare and unusual.
T940 - Sphene with Tsavorite, Pyrite Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.7 cm
Unique specimen of a heart-shaped Sphene with attached Tsavorite and Pyrite. Complete all around and undamaged. Incredible, unusual thumbnail!

SM516 - Pyrite Huanzala Mine, Peru small cabinet - 9 x 6.5 x 5.5 cm

SM558 - Zircon crystals on/after Siderite with Orthoclase, Quartz, and Aegirine Mt. Malosa, Zomba, Southern Region, Malawi cabinet - 11.0 x 4.7 x 2.3 cm
A large, 11.0cm long, double-terminated, dark colored Aegirine crystal serves as host to a number of species including dozens of small yellow gemmy Zircon crystals, white Orthoclase crystals, large encrusted Siderite crystals, and a few clear Quartz points. Sold to me as Zircon replacing Siderite crystals, of which there are 3 distinct crystals to 2cm. An outstanding combination of species for the locality and in very good condition all-around.
SM840 - Brucite Killa Saifullah, Balochistan, Pakistan miniature - 5.0 x 4.8 x 2.5 cm
Large, solid radial mass of yellow Brucite on matrix. The specimen is solid Brucite well crystallized all around and undamaged. It's a 360 degree 'pinwheel' formation on a small amount of matrix. Though Brucite is common enough now, it's not common in distinct individual formations like this. It is technically a floater because the matrix is covered by a thin layer of lighter colored Brucite. Though only medium yellow, it is translucent, thick and sturdy.
J64 - Axinite Butte County, California thumbnail - 2.7 x 2.3 x 2.1 cm
A rare specimen from Butte County in California showing a cluster of bladed, light brown, Axinite crystals. The largest crystal has clear areas and is in very good condition with only a small amount of microscopic chipping. Murdoch, Joseph & Robert W. Webb (1966), in Minerals of California, notes an occurrence near the Feather River and Yankee Hill areas, but little else is known. Comes mounted in a 1.25-inch perky box with an original old faded label. A true rarity for the California collector and much better than photos.
J178 - Amethyst Jackson's Crossroads, Wilkes Co., Georgia, USA small cabinet - 6.5 x 6 x 5 cm
Cluster of glassy Amethyst crystals from 2018 finds. Good medium purple colored Amethyst crystals that grew upon the tips of smaller white Quartz crystals, so it is crystallized on all sides with just a few of the tips of the small white crystals embedded inthe bottom. Fine and undamaged.
