A 3.2cm gemmy Aqua intergrown in a smokey Quartz crystal. The Quartz crystal is complete and rehealed across the bottom. Purchased approximately 10 years ago.

Flawless gem quality 2.7cm Topaz crystal on matrix of quartz crystals and albite, size 7 x 5 x 5 cm.

Long double terminated Quartz crystal on matrix from a recent find. The top end has a good dark smokey scepter that contrasts well against the light smokey color of the main crystal. Scepter is complete all around with top luster. Overall length of the crystal is 5.5 cm and has a very slight curve to it. Size 6.9 x 4.2 x 3.1 cm.

Tansparent 2.5cm Quartz crystal that spears through a Tanzanite crystal. The Quartz is double terminated, though the lower termination is intergrown with Graphite and only partially complete. Well balanced and uncommon Merelani specimen.

Water clear 2.8cm Quartz crystal attached to the front of a partial Tanzanite crystal. Some small, bright yellow Prehnite crystals add some color contrast to this unusual specimen. The left side of the Quartz crystal is coated by a druse of white Prehnite, and there are even some Graphite crystals attached.

Cris-crossing blue and pink Sapphire crystals. For my tastes, this is the best specimen I've yet seen from this relatively new find of Sapphire crystals. Individual crystals reach nearly 3cm in length and are nicely translucent to transparent. The matrix is extremely hard; that and the fact that most are cut for gemstones makes finding good specimens from this locality diffcult.

Pink Fluorite octahedrons to 7mm on edge on a Quartz crystal. I unfortuanely do not have a locality but it's either from the French or Swiss Alps, 3.7 x 3.3 x 1.7 cm.
