B848 - Apatite sold
Kunar Prov., Afghanistan
Miniature - 4.8 x 4.3 x 1.7 cm
Three purple Apatite crystals on Albite. Main crystal is 1.8cm wide with great purple color. Afghani purple Apatite can be great but ususally dissapoints with perhaps less than 10% of the specimen I see being of interest, when you can find any. This specimen delivers.

B860 - Elbaite sold
Astor Valley, Northern Areas, Pakistan
Thumbnail - 3.0 x 0.7 x 0.6 cm
Rare yellow Tourmaline crystal from Astor Valley. This area is noted for it's yellow Tourmaline but it is always hard to find. I just received this from a Paki friend who had held onto it for years.
