Cluster of large color-zoned purple Fluorite crystals from Illinois. The crystals reach 7cm on edge and have lighter outer zones with deeper purple cores. The color is about perfect with outer zones that are light enough to let light pass through easily (but not too pale) and darker cores that add depth of color and contrast. Big and showy Illinois Fluorite from old stock originally purchased from Ross Lillie decades ago.
