Multi-colored Tourmaline crystal with shades of red and green. It has the appearance of a larger crystal that has grown atop, and at a slightly different angle, to a smaller crystal, or it may be that the bottom of the larger crystal partially etched away and later recrystalized. In any case, it's a beautiful piece that is mostly double-terminated, and complete all around.
