Terminated single Emerald crystal from recent finds in Nigeria. Highly transparent and glassy with some horizontal color banding. This one also has a band of tiny black crystals (possibly Biotite) which is seen in a small percentage of these crystals. Complete all around with a smooth, flat termination. Weighs 7.2 grams.
