Single orange Scheelite crystal from the White Mountains of southeastern California. This is a fantastic California Scheelite for color and size. While Scheelite is not uncommon in California, it usually occurs as white to colorless crystals from places such as Darwin or the Black Morel Mine. This a richly colored crystal recently collected and though not perfect, has good crystal faces on 6 of 8 sides.
