From a recent find of crystallized moonstone from Tanzania, this is easily the best example I've seen or owned. The specimen is composed of a large central crystal with a few smaller crystals above and below. These have been found here in the past, but this find has much higher quality, porcelain-like lustrous crystals than those found previously. There are also small crystals of brown Dravite Tourmaline attached. The crystals display a satiny blue 'Schiller effect' of color when turned under lighting.
