Colorful specimen of Azurite and Malachite from the Sepon Mine in Laos. The Sepon Mine is a Gold and Copper mine located in south-central Laos and produced spectacular Azurite specimens that are reminiscent of Azurite from the Milpillas Mine in Mexico. This is a fine example with a somewhat triangular-shaped crystal that points straight up. The two side faces are bright blue with the front central face a blueish green due to alteration to Malachite. Complete all around and pristine. Ex. Irv Brown, Jon Sigerman.
