M636 - Tourmaline on Beryllonite $ 290 Linópolis, Divino das Laranjeiras, Minas Gerais, Brazil thumbnail - 1.8 x 1.5 x 0.8 cm Well formed, transparent Beryllonite crystal with attached green Tourmaline. Undamaged with glassy luster and well crystallized front and back.
M639 - Tourmaline $ 950 Aricanga Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 3.2 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm Terminated single Tourmaline crystal from recent finds at the Aricanga Mine. Hot pink body color with a green cap. Complete all around and weighs 15.35 grams.
M637 - Tourmaline $ 220 Aricanga Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil thumbnail - 1.7 x 1.1 x 0.9 cm Terminated single Tourmaline crystal from recent finds at the Aricanga Mine. Hot pink body color with a green cap. Complete all around and weighs 3.81 grams.
M603 - Quartz scepter $ 150 Southern Zambia Province, Zambia small cabinet - 7 x 1.8 x 1.5 cm Quartz scepter from recent finds in Zambia. The scepter head has both Amethyst and smokey coloration. Undamaged and double-terminated.
TR103 - Stibiotantalite on Tourmaline, Topaz $ 6000 Shengus, Skardu, Pakistan small cabinet - 5.5 x 4 x 3.5 cm Cluster of transparent green Tourmaline crystals, a 3.2cm Topaz crystal, Muscovite, and lots bright yellow Stibiotantalite. This is one of the richest Stibiotantalite specimens I've seen, which by itself would be special. But the association of the gemmy Tourmaline crystals and the Topaz makes this a real stunner. Undamaged. It has also not been professionally cleaned, which could further enhance it's beauty.
M674 - Argyrodite $ 450 Himmelsfurst Mine, Freiberg, Saxony, Germany miniature - 3.5 x 2.3 x 1.5 cm Dark, slightly irridescent blue Argyrodite over Pyrite. Ex. Philadelphia Academy and William Vaux collections. Rare, historic Argyrodite specimen. Argyrodite is one the rarest of the silver species, a germanium containing silver sulfide.
M681 - Apatite on Quartz $ 600 Panasquiera, Portugal small cabinet - 9 x 5 x 3.5 cm Cluster of 3 glassy blue Apatite crystals on a partial Quartz crystal.
M699 - Malachite $ 450 Katanga, Congo (DRC) cabinet - 12.5 x 8 x 7 cm Group of 3 intergrown Malachite stalactites. Great form and a very interesting, appealing piece. Everyone I've showed it to says it reminds them of something different.
M458 - Copper $ 150 Copper Falls Mine, Keweenaw Co., Michigan, USA miniature - 4 x 2.2 x 1 cm Well formed, quality Copper crystals with a rich patina.
M457 - Galena with Calcite $ 150 Mid-Continent Mine, Treece, Picher Field, Cherokee Co., Kansas, USA miniature - 5 x 5 x 3.5 cm Bright and shiny Galena crystals with an attached honey-colored Calcite crystal. Old specimen from a classic USA locality.
M702 - Tsavorite $ 350 Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 1.9 x 1.7 x 1.6 cm Large single Tsavorite crystal with good color. Nearly a floater with a couple indentations, contacts with lustrous glassy faces. It's not perfect, but for the size and color it's a good value.
M703 - Tsavorite with Diopside $ 300 Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 2 x 2 x 1.4 cm Large single Tsavorite crystal with good color. The main crystal is 2.5cm wide and displays great from the front with small Diopside crystals below. The backside (3rd photo) shows a dimpled surface from growth against Graphite crystals.
K927 - Azurite $ 125 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.3 x 1.5 x 0.9 cm Undamaged single crystal of Azurite that exhibits areas of bright 'electric' blue color. A floater, complete all around crystal from the watercourse pocket.
M559 - Galena Sweetwater Mine, Reynolds Co., Missouri, USA thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm Though 'just' a Galena, it's a very good thumbnail specimen featuring a mirror lustrous 1.5cm Galena cube set in Galena and Pyrite. Undamaged and displays well.
M462 - Pyrite after Pyrhottite $ 150 Zacatecas, Mexico miniature - 4.7 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm Thin blades of Pyrite that have pseudomorphed after Pyrhottite crystals. Bright and lustrous with a few small Quartz crystals associated.
