SM840 - Brucite $ 450 (=~ AUS$ 686) Killa Saifullah, Balochistan, Pakistan miniature - 5.0 x 4.8 x 2.5 cm Large, solid radial mass of yellow Brucite on matrix. The specimen is solid Brucite well crystallized all around and undamaged. It's a 360 degree 'pinwheel' formation on a small amount of matrix. It is technically a floater because the matrix is covered by a thin layer of lighter colored Brucite. Though only medium yellow, it is translucent, thick and sturdy.
SM848 - Clinoatacamite with Calcite $ 150 (=~ AUS$ 229) Lily Mine, Ica Department, Peru miniature - 4.5 x 3 x 3 cm Calcite lined vug with clusters of dark green Clinoatacamite. The Clinoatacamite on this specimen are lustrous and well formed. These are regarded as the world's best Clinoatacamite specimens.
SM844 - Clinozoisite $ 850 (=~ AUS$ 1296) Tormiq, Skardu, Pakistan small cabinet - 7.5 x 1.5 x 0.8 cm Fine and unusual Clinozoiste specimen with elongated, off-set crystals. All the offset crystals are douoble-terminated. Gemmy with an internal faden line visible when backlit. Undamaged.
SM845 - Apatite $ 280 (=~ AUS$ 427) Imilchil, Er Rachidia Province, Morocco thumbnail - 2.3 x 2 x 1.7 cm Single yellow/green Apatite crystal from the original find years ago. Complete all around and undamaged, the best one I could find when they first came out, undamaged.
SM846 - Apatite $ 250 (=~ AUS$ 381) Imilchil, Er Rachidia Province, Morocco thumbnail - 1.5 x 1.5 x 1 cm Single yellow/green Apatite crystal from the original find years ago. Complete all around and undamaged, the best and gemmiest one I could find when they first came out, a couple tiny edge chips otherwise undamaged.
SM847 - Stibnite $ 350 (=~ AUS$ 534) Wuning Mine, Qingjiang, Wuning Co., Jiangxi, China cabinet - 13 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm Large single Stibnite crystal. Terminated and complete all around.
SM850 - Azurite $ 200 (=~ AUS$ 305) Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.5 x 1.8 x 1.5 cm Undamaged floater specimen of a dozen or so interconnected Azurite crystals. Great color and quality.
SM852 - Prehnite with Pyrite Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 4.8 x 3 x 2 cm Yellow Prehnite crystals with a much different, somewhat globular style than most from Merelani. It has a flat base where it was attached to Graphite. There are small Pyrite crystals along the base, apparently that grew on the Graphite first before the Prehnite.
SM856 - Aquamarine $ 280 (=~ AUS$ 427) Erongo Mountains, Namibia thumbnail - 2.3 x 1.3 x 1 cm Single blue Aquamarine crystal with very glassy faces and a nice bevelled termination. This is tops for Erongo in terms of glassy luster and way more transparent than most.
AR2 - Manganoan Adamite $ 750 (=~ AUS$ 1144) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico thumbnail - 3 x 2 x 2 cm Large, chisel-shaped Adamite crystals on a black matrix. These are the rare and hard to find purple tipped Adamites with a white body color grading up to purple terminations. Individual crystals are up to 2cm tall. Undamaged and glassy with areas of transparency.
AR13 - Millerite Hall's Gap, Lincoln Co., Kentucky, USA miniature - 4 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm Half geode filled with golden metallic, hair-like Millerite crystals. Undamaged, classic USA material from a now closed locality. Ex. Art Reno collection.
AR20 - Epidote $ 750 (=~ AUS$ 1144) Brumado Mine, Bahia, Brazil miniature - 4 x 2.5 x 0.6 cm Jewel-like specimen of transparent Epidote crystals. Double-terminated crystals with a central faden line. Lustrous crystals, undamaged and nearly a floater with just a small area of contact at the base. Comes with an old Alvaro Lucio label.
AR22 - Sphene $ 450 (=~ AUS$ 686) Capelinha, Minas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 4.6 x 2 x 1.8 cm A 2.5cm twinned Sphene (Titanite) crystal on matrix covered with Epidote and other smaller Sphene crystals. Crystals on both sides. Undamaged and mounted on a Lucite stand.
AR24 - Brazilianite $ 350 (=~ AUS$ 534) Mendes Pimentel, Minas Gerais, Brazil thumbnail - 2.7 x 2 x 1.9 cm Single crystals of classic yellow/green Brazilianite. Great luster and clarity. Contacted on the backside. Comes with an old Al McGuinness label.
SM815 - Prehnite $ 200 (=~ AUS$ 305) Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 3.7 x 3.2 x 2.0 cm Outstanding, sharp cluster of blue Prehnite, crystallized in the form of a rosette. Rarely do you see blue Prehnites of this quality with such good crystal form. These are also color change, producing different shades of blue in indoor versus outdoor lighting.
