Individual crystals of this color are relatively rare for Quartz, the mineral that is one of the most abundant species found on earth. Examples from Brazil are considered among the finest.

A small amount of silver-gray Graphite can be seen on one side. The quality of the Prehnite excellent with big blocky crystals extending out of the main cluster, good luster, and very translucent. Minor contact or cleaving to a few areas. These are superb for Prehnite.
J470 - Cuprite on Copper $ 275 Rubtsovskiy Mine, Altayskiy Kray, Siberia, Russia small cabinet - 5.6 x 3.8 x 2.8 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well crystallized Copper specimen with Cuprite crystals measuring about 3mm-5mm. It's a complete floater group of Copper crystals with sharp, deep red, Cuprite octahedrons.
J473 - Apatite with Arsenopyrite and Pyrite $ 150 Julcani Mine, Julcani District, Angaraes Province, Huancavelica, Peru miniature - 4.2 x 3.2 x 2.9 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() A difficult to find old-time specimen of yellow-green Apatite crystals with Pyrite and Arsenopyrite. Three complete Apatite crystals in all, with the largest measuring 1.1cm in length. Minor chipping to some of the edges.
J474 - Pyromorphite $ 275 9 Level Jersey Vein, Bunker Hill Mine, Kellogg, Idaho miniature - 4.8 x 3.5 x 1.4 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Some of the finest known examples of Pyromorphite came from The Bunker Hill Mine. Specimens were collected in a multitude of colors, mainly within the orange, yellow, and green spectrum. This example shows botryoidal crystals with both orange and yellow-green color and high luster. No damage other than at the edges, essentially solid Pyromorphite. Ex. John Barlow Collection.
J477 - Benitoite with Natrolite on matrix $ 400 Benitoite Gem Mine, San Benito County, California small cabinet - 6.0 x 4.0 x 1.9 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Over a dozen cornflower blue color Benitoite crystals are seen on a white Natrolite covered matrix. This is a classic, ultra-rare example of Benitoite with fully terminated crystals and no damage. A small black remnant crystal of Neptunite sits on one side. The Benitoite crystals are highly fluorescent under SW Ultraviolet light.

Minor chipping to some edges but in overall great condition and very showy from all angles, good from all sides. A very sculptural and attractive Calcite.
