C312 - Kunzite $ 750 (=~ CAN$ 964) Nuristan, Afghanistan small cabinet - 6.5 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Terminated pink Kunzite crystal with a smaller, double-terminated crystal attached to one side. C313 - Aquamarine $ 2000 (=~ CAN$ 2570) Padre Paraiso, Minas Gerais, Brazil small cabinet - 7.3 x 3.5 x 2.7 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Gorgeous and gemmy blue, blue/green aquamarine crystal with Muscovite attached to two sides. Undamaged with great glassy luster and highly transparent in the upper half. The prism faces have geometric growth features on the sides where the muscovite is present. The previous label shows a price of $3,800 - I got this in a 'fire sale' from a collector and am passing the savings on. Aside from some veils, the upper half is like transparent blue glass. Unfortunately the camera focuses right through the crystal to the back faces where the muscovite is present, making it look much worse in the photos as compared to when you hold it in your hand. Nicely beveled termination edges with a random, etched depression in one of the bevel faces.
