Solid crystallized Sphalerite (no matrix) with good crystals on front and back, large Chalcopyrite crystals and a few small Galena crystals. The Chalcopyrites reach 3.5cm across. No damage on front, some contacting on backside.

Three perfect 'bow-tie' crystal groups of Stilbite rising up off the matrix. Stilbite bow-ties are ususally found flat on the matrix and to have 3 isolated groups that stand up on end like this creates a striking specimen. Undamaged.

Benitoite specimen with large front dispay face with approximately 50 Benitoite crystals, largest reaching 1.3 cm in size. Also present are numerous Neptunite and Djurleite crystals. There is alot of Benitoite here, with 10 crystals of 1cm or larger! This could be trimmed up into a number of great specimens.

T231 - Pyrite $ 2500
Huanzala Mine, Peru
cabinet - 14.5 x 13 x 9 cm

Cluster of Pyrite crystals with a main crystal 5.5cm wide. This was the best piece out of a small lot of these unusually shaped crystals that Scott Werschky brought into the country about 10-15 years ago. No matrix, nothing but solid Pyrite crystals.

T232 - Lazulite, Siderite, Apatite $ 3000
Rapid Creek, Yukon, Canada
large cabinet - 20.5 x 13 x 3 cm

Lazulite, Siderite, Apatite from Rapid Creek, Yukon, Canada [db_pics/pics/t232a.jpg] Lazulite, Siderite, Apatite from Rapid Creek, Yukon, Canada [db_pics/pics/t232b.jpg] Lazulite, Siderite, Apatite from Rapid Creek, Yukon, Canada [db_pics/pics/t232c.jpg] Lazulite, Siderite, Apatite from Rapid Creek, Yukon, Canada [db_pics/pics/t232d.jpg]

Large flat piece of ironstone with front face loaded with crystals. Blue Lazulite, tan Siderite, and white Apatite. Many pieces only have the Lazulite and Siderite which can leave them darker in appearance. The numerous white Apatites lighten up this specimen, along with the well dispersed, isolated Lazulites. This is easily the best of a large lot of these I obtained over 15 years ago and I'm posting it now for the first time ever.

Gem quality golden brown crystal complete all around. In excellent condition for this locality, with only some minor edge chipping. Fully transparent internally, so much so you see right through it and some of what looks like inclusions in the photos are really just shadows from some irregular surface areas on the lower backside of the crystal.

T241 - Indicolite $ 2500
Pederniera Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil
small cabinet - 9 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm

Indicolite from Pederniera Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil [db_pics/pics/t241a.jpg] Indicolite from Pederniera Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil [db_pics/pics/t241b.jpg] Indicolite from Pederniera Mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil [db_pics/pics/t241c.jpg]

Long single gem 'pencil' with a good termination at one end. Fully transparent for the entire crystal - gem facet rough quality. Undamaged.

Kunar Province, Afghanistan
small cabinet - 8 x 2.2 x 2.1 cm

Transparent purple/yellow Kunzite crystal with a sharpness of form not typical for the species. Uniform prism faces and nice flat termination faces. The bottom has rehealed, so technically double terminated though the bottom faces are not as complete and nice as the top termination. One shallow chip on one edge, otherwise completely undamaged and very clean looking.

Lamjung District, Gandeki, Nepal
small cabinet - 6 x 3.2 x 1.5 cm

Two Aquamarine crystals grown on either side of a thin matrix of mica and feldspar. The crystals are gemmy with a good medium blue color and each are terminated on one end. Uncommon locality, and Mindat only has one Aqua pictured from this locality.
