FM368 - Azurite $ 2800 (=~ £ 2239) Watercourse Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico small cabinet - 7 x 6 x 3.5 cm Cluster of interconnected Azurite crystals with minor amounts of Malachite from the Watercourse Pocket of the Milpillas Mine. Typical for this pocket, the specimen is composed of vivid blue doubly-terminated crystals without matrix. There are some points of contact, but it's generally all perfect crystals all around. FM370 - Liddicoatite $ 1200 (=~ £ 959) Anjanabonoina, Madagascar cabinet - 11.5 x 11 x 0.7 cm Cut and polished slice of Liddicoatite (a species of Tourmaline) from old finds in Madagascar. Cut parallel to the C-axis, the slice reveals the colorful interior of what would have appeared to otherwise be a dark crystal. Dark rind that shows areas of green followed by a hot pink central zone. Well polished on one side, weighs 209 grams. Ex. Randy Parnagian collection.
FM371 - Barite $ 750 (=~ £ 600) Sidi Lahcen, Nador, Nador Province, Oriental Region, Morocco cabinet - 10 x 9.5 x 6.5 cm Large, aesthetic cluster of blue Barite on matrix. The Barite is translucent to transparent and composed of thin bladed crystals grouped together forming and attractive cluster, complete on all sides. Some chipping but in overall good condition. Ex. FM372 - Quartz with Hematite $ 1800 (=~ £ 1439) Florence Mine, Egremont, Cumberland, England cabinet - 12 x 9.0 x 5 cm Glassy, transparent Quartz crystals on Hematite. A first generation of dark red, botryoidal Hematite forms the matrix for black, bladed crystals of Hematite and the Quartz crystals. Beautiful large specimen of the classic style for this locality. FM374 - Tourmaline $ 9000 (=~ £ 7196) Paprok, Nuristan, Afghanistan cabinet - 13.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm Large pink and green Tourmaline from Paprok. The crystal grades up from pink to green and fianlly back to pink at the termination. Lepidolite and smaller Tourmaline crystals are attached at the base. The crystal itself is 4.2cm in diameter. FM375 - Tourmaline $ 3000 (=~ £ 2399) Paprok, Nuristan, Afghanistan small cabinet - 6.7 x 1.7 x 1.6 cm Gemmy pink and green Tourmaline crystal from Paprok.
