This specimen features mostly wide 'chisel tip' crystal style and also has a pronounced toothy crystal rising up off the main layer of crystals. Extremely well crystallized Prehnite, excellent for the species.

This is a complete crystal with typical small raised crystal growths on some sides and a contacted termination. Complete all around and translucent to transparent internally. Superb color!

MK923 - Cavansite $ 350 Wagholi Quarry, Pune District, India miniature - 4 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm Near floater cluster of vivid blue Cavansite crystals. Well crystallized all around, this good sized crystal group appears to have grown on the tips of a couple Stilbite crystals and detached as I see only a couple small ares of white, otherwise it's nothing but great crystals all around. MK915 - McGuinnessite Red Mountain, Mendocino Co., California, USA small cabinet - 8 x 6 x 4.5 cm Blue/green McGuinnessite on multiple sides of a rock matrix. Mcguinnessite is a rare Mg-Cu carbonate, a member of Rosasite Group and is named after well-known California mineralogist, Al McGuinness. The matrix is richly covered with radial clusters and hemispheres of teal-blue McGuinnessite on most sides. Comes with an old Chuck Trantham label that indicates it was collected in July 1975.
