K269 - Sulfohalite $ 140 Searles Lake, California thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm This is as fine a Sulfohalite crystals as I've ever seen. Sharply formed with good yellow color and translucency. The bottom (sixth) point is incomplete but not damaged.
K289 - Smithsonite, Hemimorphite, Aurichalcite $ 650 79 Mine, Gila Co., Arizona, USA cabinet - 13 x 9.0 x 6 cm Blue/green radial starburst formations of Aurichalcite, silvery blue Hemimorphite, green Smithsonite and more combine in a great combination specimen from the famous 79 Mine. It's both an interesting study piece and a colorful large display specimen.
K395 - Chalcopyrite on Galena with Sphalerite Baxter Springs, Picher Field, Tri-State District, Cherokee Co., Kansas, USA large cabinet - 17 x 12.5 x 4.5 cm Large combination specimen of cubic Galena coated by drusy Chalcopyrite and red Sphalerite crystals on a chert matrix. Good sized display specimen of a USA classic that is getting harder to find now. Saw cut on back.
MM116 - Azurite on Malachite $ 650 Bisbee, Cochise Co., Arizona, USA small cabinet - 6.3 x 5 x 3 cm Sparkling, lustrous blue Azurite crystals atop Malachite. The Malachite occurs as fibrous crystal groups.
MM118 - Hematite with Quartz $ 2500 Big Bertha Mine (Veta Grande Mine), Dome Rock Mts, La Paz Co., Arizona, USA small cabinet - 6 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm Stunning Hematite and Quartz specimen from the classic Arizona locality, likely from the late 1970s. Mirror lustrous tabular crystals to 1.9cm. Comes with an old Larry Conklin label that shows a price of $550 likely from decades ago. There are some small damaged crystals, still this is by far the best I've owned or seen, though admittedly I have not seen many - they are uncommon, Mindat only shows 18 specimens.
MM126 - Epidote with Quartz $ 450 Green Monster Mine, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska, USA small cabinet - 6 x 4.5 x 3 cm Aesthetic cluster of green Epidote with Quartz crystals. Main crystal is double-terminated, pristine, and 5.5cm long.
K677 - Pyromorphite $ 300 Bunker Hill Mine, Kellogg, Idaho, USA thumbnail - 2 x 2 x 1 cm Bright yellow/green crystals of Pyromorphite. Fine undamaged curving crystals over a 'matrix' of orange arsenian Pyromorphite.
K655 - Alanite $ 125 Mina Tiro Estrella, Capitan Mts, Lincoln Co., New Mexico, USA thumbnail - 0.9 x 0.8 x 0.2 cm Well formed single Allanite crystal. This locality is best known for it's twinned Smokey Quartz crystals, but it also produced these fine quality Allanite crystals.
K669 - Azurite $ 240 Morenci Mine, Greenlee Co., Arizona, USA thumbnail - 2 x 2 x 1.5 cm Quality single rosette cluster of Azurite crystals, good all around.
K698 - Wulfenite with Mimetite $ 375 Glove Mine, Santa Cruz Co., Arizona, USA small cabinet - 6.5 x 6 x 3.5 cm Golden yellow Wulfenite crystals to 1.7cm with small spherical Mimetite crystal groupss, good all around.
K712 - Smithsonite after Dolomite $ 225 Rush Creek Mining District, Marion Co., Arkansas, USA miniature - 5 x 3.5 x 1.5 cm Bright yellow crystals of Smithsonite replacing Dolomite, with the curving form of the former Dolomite crystals clearly evident. Smithsonite also covers the surface of the matrix. The bright color is caused by inclusions of Greenockite.
K654 - Siegenite $ 200 Level 4, Buick Mine, Iron Co., Missouri, USA thumbnail - 1.5 x 1.1 x 1.1 cm Ten octahedral Siegenite crystals to 4mm on matrix of Marcasite. Siegenite is a rare cobalt nickel sulfide. High quality, aesthetic rare mineral.
K830 - Chalcocite $ 150 Flambeau Mine, Ladysmith, Wisconsin, USA thumbnail - 2.3 x 2.1 x 1.6 cm Cluster of well formed Chalcocite crystals with a dark blue, irridescent color. Main crystal is 2.2cm in size.
K943 - Galena $ 200 Sweetwater Mine, Reynolds Co., Missouri, USA small cabinet - 6 x 4 x 4 cm Single, somewhat rectangular crystal of Galena sitting upright on a small amount of matrix. Complete all around and more aesthetic than most.
K134 - Copper $ 350 Cliff Mine, Keweenaw Co., Michigan, USA miniature - 4.8 x 2.3 x 1.5 cm Well crystallized Copper specimen with a good patina. Comes with an old Mike Bermann label.
