Highly lustrous metallic crystal of Sperrylite from the well known Talnakh deposit. A robust single crystal of this platinum species with bright luster and modified cubic form. Weighs 2.52 grams. Front, back, and both sides shown. Note that it appears dark in the photos due to it's bright, high metallic luster and is much more silvery in color in person.

A 1.3cm crystal of Hemimorphite that has pseudomorphed to Chrysocolla and is flat lying on matrix. This is a common pseudomorph from the mine but all I've seen before are dense, drusy coverings of small crystals. This fully exposed, fan-shaped cluster well displayed on matrix is fabulous.

Cluster of elongated, gemmy untwinned Cerussite crystals on matrix from the Dennis Ewell collection. Ewell's label indicates the Grand Reef Mine, however these crystals have a different habit than normal from the mine (which are usually thick, stocky cyclic twins). Beautiful undamaged Cerussite crystals.

The Zincolibethenite forms a velvety green layer over the entire front of the matrix. Mined in 2022. The locality is a former Limestone quarry with Lead, Zinc, and Copper mineralization that closed in 2018.

Complete orange Spessartine crystal from recent production (yes, there is small scale mining ongoing at this locality). A complete crystal with very minor to no edge chipping and no black inclusions. Superb coloration that glows bright orange under lighting and areas of gem transparency. For some reason the crystals I've seen associated with red mica are some of the best from this deposit, and this one has a bit of red mica attached. A very nice one!!

AU938 - Tanzanite $ 7500

Stunning gem Tanzanite crystal of exceptional quality. I see absolutely no internal fractures or veils. It is rare to find an internally flawless crystal of deep blue Tanzanite. Whether it's because they seldomly form this way or they get cut up quickly when they do, I just rarely see one so perfectly transparent with this top color. There is minor chipping present that could easily be fixed with a very minor restoration to create a perfect crystal both inside and out. Weighs 23.65 carats.
