TZ507 - Dravite $ 300 (=~ € 274) Mwajanga, near Komolo, Tanzania miniature - 3.6 x 1.6 x 1.1 cm Well terminated gem Dravite. Uncommonly good quality, with most of the crystal facet grade.
B131 - Vesuvianite $ 450 (=~ € 411) Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebec, Canada miniature - 4.5 x 1.6 x 1.6 cm Large, greenish yellow single crystal. Bright and gemmy at the termination. This mine is long closed and Vesuvianites of this size are hard to find now.
B138 - Erythrite $ 1500 (=~ € 1370) Bou Azzer, Morocco miniature - 4 x 2.7 x 2.2 cm Incredible specimen of two attached ball-shaped formations of Erythrite crystals. A rare floater specimen for this species, crystallized all around. Definitely different than most Erythrites you will encounter.
B289 - Azurite, Malachite on Dickite $ 1200 (=~ € 1096) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 5 x 3 x 2 cm Azurite crystals too 1.6cm with green Malachite on a Dickite coated matrix. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. A small chip on one crystal otherwise undamaged.
B294 - Azurite, Malachite on Dickite $ 400 (=~ € 365) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm Azurite crystals too 1.6cm with green Malachite on a Dickite coated matrix. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. Nearly pristine with just a single chip to one crystal. These Volborthite pocket Azurites are distinct.
B321 - Dioptase $ 500 (=~ € 457) Katanga Prov., Congo miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3.5 cm Solid cluster of nothing but Dioptase crystals, with the focus on a central, large upright crystal. Main crystal is 1.5cm in diameter, rises up 1.5cm higher than the others, and is undamaged.
B396 - Azurite $ 350 (=~ € 320) Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4 x 3.5 x 2 cm Flattened, lustrous Azurite crystals on matrix. One edge of the small, uppermost crystal is contacted on edge where it grew against matrix and another small crystal has damage and irregular growth. Nevertheless, the damage does not distract much and it's a very showy piece, and price reflects the damage.
B406 - Azurite Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4 x 2.2 x 1.3 cm Single large, thick Azurite crystal with a tiny amount of matrix attached to one side. Slight chipping present but overall very clean and complete all around.
B495 - Brookite $ 300 (=~ € 274) Kharan Mountain, Balochistan, Pakistan miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3 cm A 3cm Brookite crystal on matrix with Quartz crystals.
B499 - Azurite with Malachite $ 1250 (=~ € 1142) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3 cm Stunning Azurite specimen with bladed crystals to 2.5cm wide on a white matrix with spherical masses of Malachite which are distinctive for this pocket.
B500 - Azurite with Malachite $ 250 (=~ € 228) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4.5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm Bright bladed crystals of Azurite, nothing but Azurite on this one except a single spherical mass of Malachite which is distinctive for this pocket. Some chipping along the edges.
B574 - Smithsonite $ 400 (=~ € 365) Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 5 x 4.5 x 3 cm Elongated, transparent Smithsonite crystals rising up out of a shallow vug in matrix. Crystals reach 1.5cm tall.
B595 - Calcite $ 120 (=~ € 110) Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4 x 3 x 2.5 cm Sharp, highly lustrous Calcite rhomb, 2.4cm on a colorful matrix of Dolomite. The old label dates the specimen back to at least 1977.
B648 - Copper $ 350 (=~ € 320) Broken Hill, New South Wales, Australia miniature - 4.3 x 1 x 1 cm Cluser of Copper crystals with a large spinel twin of 3cm forming the base for additional smaller crystals. Good patina and in excellent condition.
B668 - Inesite $ 250 (=~ € 228) N'Chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa miniature - 5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm Pink Inesite crystals covering matrix, but not your typical druse of evenly sized crystals. This particular find produced specimens with tufts of Inesite rising above the smaller crystals.
