K827 - Apatite on Diopside (?) $ 250 (=~ € 228) Chamkoroma, Dodoma Province, Tanzania miniature - 4 x 3 x 2 cm A 2.4 terminated Apatite crystal attached to two terminated green crystals (possibly Diopside or other Pyroxene). This is relatively new material and the only aesthetic specimen that I saw of the material. The Apatite is translucent and gets transparent near the termination. There is also a small amount of transparent, colorless Hyalite Opal attached to the green crystals.
K835 - Tanzanite $ 425 (=~ € 388) Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 3.8 x 1.5 x 1 cm Double-terminated bi-colored Tanzanite crystal, blue/purple with yellow tips on each end. Clean and undamaged.
K781 - Pyrite $ 150 (=~ € 137) Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 4.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm Large, complex single Pyrite crystal with high luster. The exotic crystal forms and high luster of Merelani Pyrite make it my favorite of any Pyrite found. There are two smaller attached crystals and it's contacted on the base, otherwise complete all around with just a few chips and great overall form and presentation.
K846 - Zircon $ 325 (=~ € 297) Mozambique miniature - 4 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm Large single Zircon crystal, complete all around and undamaged. These are fairly new and I've only seen a few of them so far. Weighs 78 grams.
K939 - Apophyllite $ 350 (=~ € 320) Rahuri, Maharashtra State, India miniature - 5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm Colorless Apophyllite that has overgrown another tan colored Zeolite to create a 'disco ball' formation. I remeber these were available once about 5-6 years ago and I've not seen them since, this one released recently from a private collection. Sparkly and undamaged.
K909 - Apatite with Chalcopyrite $ 125 (=~ € 114) Zacatecas, Mexico miniature - 3.5 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm Two colorless Apatite crystals to 7mm associated with numerous Chalcopyrite crystals. Old specimen I've had for about 40 years.
K944 - Mimetite $ 400 (=~ € 365) Mt. Bonnie Mine, Northern Territory, Australia miniature - 3.3 x 1.8 x 1.4 cm Floater specimen of Mimetite crystals attached to the sides of a small shard of Limonite matrix. The Mimetite crystals are chunky and reach 8mm in diameter.
K134 - Copper $ 350 (=~ € 320) Cliff Mine, Keweenaw Co., Michigan, USA miniature - 4.8 x 2.3 x 1.5 cm Well crystallized Copper specimen with a good patina. Comes with an old Mike Bermann label.
AB104 - Copper after Azurite $ 300 (=~ € 274) Copper Rose Mine, Grant Co., New Mexico, USA miniature - 3.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm Cluster of Azurite that has been completely replaced by Copper. Dominant main crystal with smaller crystals atttached to the front center. Complete on both sides with well defined, sharp edges and undamaged. A remarkable and fantastic specimen.
AB108 - Smithsonite $ 650 (=~ € 594) Broken Hill Mine, Kabwe, Zambia miniature - 5 x 3.5 x 2.2 cm Two large, double-terminated Smithsonite crystals that display dramatically on matrix. This locality is not known for volumes of specimens but I have seen the occasional really interesting specimen from here over the years and this counts as one of them. The largest Smithsonite is 3.6cm wide and the specimen displays well from either side. There are unfortunately small cleaves on the tip of each crystal, but they don't ditract that much, especially when considering the rarity of the piece and the overall visual impact.
AB113 - Tanzanite $ 3000 (=~ € 2741) Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 4 x 2.2 x 0.7 cm Stunning bi-color Tanzanite crystal of yellow over vivid purple/blue. This crystal has superb luster and unusually uniform shape, retaining an even 7mm thickness all the way from the base to the termination. There are two chips, including one on the back termination, but the sheer pizzaz and dramatic coloration greatly overcomes it, it's that pretty and unique. The best bi-color Tanzanite I've ever had. Weighs 13 grams.
K965 - Rhodochrosite $ 2800 (=~ € 2558) N'Chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa miniature - 3.8 x 3 x 2 cm Crystals of translucent Rhodochroiste over a small bit of Manganite matrix. Undamaged.
