Large single Apatite crystal with drusy Quartz and Chalcopyrite on one side. Undamaged and as good as I've ever seen for one of these.

Glassy and gemmy etched Aquamarine crystal. Natural processes in the pegmatite have partially dissolved the crystal leaving this fully crystallized, undamaged gem with oustanding form.

Cerussite from Mibladen is somewhat common, but this is an uncommonly good one. A nice compact knob of matrix covered on both sides with gemmy Cerussite crystals to 2cm with minor amounts of pink Barite. Good from both sides, undamaged.

Two larger velvety crystals of Malchite after Azurite with Azurite.  The Azurite crystals are located both on the matrix and on the psuedomorphs. Fine and undamaged.

Single undamaged 2.1cm rhodochrosite crystal with pale green octahedra of Fluorite.

Large green Andradite crystal on matrix with Clinochlore. Largest Andradite is 1.9cm. Undamaged.

A 2.8cm wide red/orange Wulfenite crystal on Calcite matrix. The backside of the crystal has a druse of Calcite but the front is bright and lustrous. Minor chipping along the edges but overall great condition.

Bi-colored single Tanzanite crystal, yellow over a blue core, with some attached Calcite. Slight chipping on the back face, otherwise undamaged. 23 grams.

Small geode filled with white Scolecite crystals. There is one broken crystal deep in the vug, otherwise all crystals present though not terminated because they contacted the top of the geode. Unusual specimen, unfortunately no further locality information is available.

Undamaged cluster of bright, translucent blue Azurite. Good quality lustrous crystals.

Cluster of large Sphalerite crystals, translucent orange/brown with flashes of yellow. Undamaged and crystallized all around.

Single Tourmaline crystal that grades up from medium green to clear to dark green at the termination. Unusual color zoning. Undamaged, with gem zones.

Cluster of smokey grey Quartz crystals. The prism faces of the large crystals are covered by smaller Quartz crystals and the termination faces are flat and smooth. There is also color zoning in the terminations with dark zones along the edges. Found in 2017.

Colorful specimen of thick Dioptase cluster on blue Shattuckite. The Dioptase cluster is 2.3cm tall and undamaged.


T840 - Chrome Dravite $ 950

Amazingly rich chrome green Dravite that grades up to a cat's-eye termination. You may recall similar but brown crystals that were found at this mine in quantity over the past couple years. This crystal is new (late 2017) and the only one like it that was available - we can only cross our fingers that more will be found. Undamaged with an incredible color that is slightly more vivid than other Tanzanian green dravites.
