Smokey Quartz, Muscovite, Spessartine crystals and even one transparent octahedron of Fluorite atop blocky white Microcline Feldspar crystals. Well balanced specimen with transparent Smokey Quartz crystals rising up in the rear central portion and a backdrop to Spessartine crystals atop a book of Muscovite. This was the best specimen of a lot I reviewed with Debbie Meng during the first years when these were being found, perhaps 20 years ago. There are a few partial Spessartines, which look more like natural corrosion than damage. otherwise all the crystals are perfect and undamaged.

Old Chinese Fluorite specimen from about 20-30 years ago or more when Chinese minerals were first coming out and unfortunately no specific mine name was available. The association with Cassiterite and purple Apatite is unusual. The Fluorite forms somewhat globular crystals to 2.5cm in size and are transparent. The Cassiterite reach 1.5cm and are highly lustrous. Both species are well distributed on the matrix and are undamaged. On the lower right side there are 4 purple Apatite crystals to 8mm in size.

Large specimen of highly irridescent Pyrhottite crystals and Arsenopyrite on bright blue Bornite. The Pyrhottite are also all oriented inthe same direction. This was the best of only a few I saw available. Some of the Pyrhottite crystals are partially coated by Pyrite. Neither the Aresenopyrite or Pyrite are irridescent. Undamaged and highly showy and colorful piece.
