ST936 - Cuprian Adamite, Rosasite, Smithsonite, Malachite on Calcite casts $ 4000 SOLD Christiana Mine, Laurion, Attica, Greece small cabinet - 8.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm One of a kind specimen composed of casts of scalenohedral Calcite crystals that are coated with Cuprian Adamite, Rosasite, Malachite, and colorless Smithsonite. This specimen has the desired qualities of being aesthetic, colorful, mineralogically interesting, and rare. There are a couple old collection numbers affixed to the bottom. Rare and unusual!!!
ST937 - Olivenite, Conichalcite on Goethite after Calcite $ 2500 SOLD Christiana Mine, Laurion, Attica, Greece small cabinet - 9 x 6.5 x 3.5 cm Rare specimen of Goethite after scalenohedral Calcite crystals that are coated with radial sprays of fibrous Olivenite and bright green Conichalcite. There are additional minerals present, and the old label notes the possible presence of Attikaite. This specimen has the desired qualities of being aesthetic, colorful, mineralogically interesting, and rare. There are a couple old collection numbers affixed to the bottom. Unique and unusual!!!
SV197 - Stibiconite after Stibnite $ 85 San Luis Potosi, Mexico small cabinet - 5.4 x 1.3 x 1 cm Stibiconite after Stibnite specimen with sharp form and a steep pyramidal termination. This is a Mexican classic and a neat pseudomorph specimen. Complete and undamaged. Ex. Dr. Abraham Feinberg collection.
SV261 - Smithsonite after Calcite $ 400 San Antonio Mine, Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico cabinet - 11 x 5.5 x 4 cm Scalenohedral Calcite crystals that have been pseudomorphed to golden colored Smithsonite. These are unusual specimens that are no longer being found. A high quality, undamaged example of this find.
SV262 - Amethyst pseudo. Calcite $ 120 Alacam Mine, Dursunbey, Marmara Region, Turkey miniature - 4.2 x 3 x 3 cm Amethyst casts after rhombic Calcite crystals. The former Calcite crystals have dissolved away leaving angular, hollow casts of sparkling purple Quartz.
C385 - Stibiconite after Stibnite $ 150 San Luis Potosi, Mexico small cabinet - 5.7 x 2.7 x 2.5 cm Stibiconite after Stibnite specimen with sharp form and a steep pyramidal termination. This is a Mexican classic and a complete replacement of the former Stibnite (not just a surface coating) as can be seen on the bottom of the crystal. Complete and undamaged.
CO107 - Malachite after Cuprite $ 350 Nchanga Mine, Chingola, Zambia thumbnail - 1.9 x 1.7 x 1.5 cm Intergrown octahedral Malachite after Cuprite crystals from a 1979 find in Zambia, just released for the first time. Complete and undamaged except for one micro chip on one corner.
T160 - Tincalconite after Borax $ 350 SOLD Boron, Kern Co., California, USA small cabinet - 7 x 7 x 4 cm Sharp, exceptionally well formed pseudomorph of Tincalconite after borax. Undamaged with excellent presentation from any angle. Not many of this quality recovered. The pure white color somehow lends to an overal artistic, sculptural appearance.
T506 - Azurite $ 4500 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico small cabinet - 6.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm Cluster of spikey, upright Azurite crystals on a contrasting white matrix. The Azurite crystals are partially pseudomorphed to Malachite and reach 3.5cm in length. Displays well from many angles.
T657 - Malachite on Chrysocolla after Malachite $ 1200 Katanga, Congo cabinet - 10 x 8.5 x 4 cm The Katanga region of the Democratic Republic of Congo is the Malachite capital of the world, yet most of the Malachite is lapidary grade with only a small percentage (usually fibrous or stalactitc specimens) being of any interest to mineral collectors. With specimens like this, Katanga can also claim to be one of the best localities for perfectly crystallized Malachite too. This specimen features perfectly formed individual crystals to 1.3 cm on a colorful and contrasting matrix of sky blue Chrysocolla. Just fabulously sharp single crystals.The Chrysocolla has partially pseudomorphed an earlier generation of Malachite crystals.
T768 - Malachite after Azurite, Azurite $ 750 Ajo, Arizona, USA miniature - 5 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm ex. Irv Brown Two larger velvety crystals of green Malchite after Azurite crystals on matrix with blue Azurite crystals. The Azurite crystals are located both on the matrix and on the pseudomorphs. Fine and undamaged, an excellent Ajo specimen.

TS220 - Malachite after Azurite on Smithsonite $ 500 SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 5.5 x 3 x 2.2 cm ex. Carl Acosta Rare association of Malachite after Azurite crystals atop green Smithsonite. There is also an etched crystal of Azurite present. Old Scalisi label indicates it was from Harvard (1965) and the Dr. Ian Hunter collection prior to Acosta.
SM590 - Chrysocolla ps. after Selenite(?) $ 200 Lupoto Mine, Lubumbashi, Katanga Copper Crescent, Shaba, D.R. of Congo small cabinet - 6.6 x 5.4 x 3.0 cm Sky-blue Chrysocolla has replaced another species (possibly elongated Selenite crystals) in this pseudomorph specimen. A couple of the longer, large crystals that are incomplete show the replacement is total Chrysocolla.
