Bob Reynolds was a curator of Earth Sciences at the San Bernardino Co. museum.  He was an avid field collector, led mineral symposiums, performed geologic studies and mapping of the Mohave desert, and even had a mineral named after him (Reynoldsite).  His collection was strong in minerals of the USA, especially southern California minerals.
