M682 - Cobaltite $ 150 (=~ ¥ 22256) SOLD Tunaberg, Nykoping, Sodermanland, Sweden thumbnail - 1.3 x 1 x 1 cm Complete single Cobaltite crystal from the classic Swedish locality. Smooth, bright metallic faces all over with just a bit of minor edge chips. Ex. Rock Currier collection and still has his yellow doughnut-shaped specimen number attached to the crystal by a piece of thread.
TR107 - Diamond $ 3800 (=~ ¥ 563826) SOLD Sierra Leone thumbnail - 1 x 1 x 1 cm Complete single octahedral Diamond crystal. Undamaged with slightly modified edges and great glossy luster. There are some internal imperfections that saved it from being cut, but there are also large transparent zones. More colorless inside with light brownish color along the outer crystal edges. This is an old crystal that has been hoarded away for decades on offered here for the first time. Weighs 5.05 carats.
M692 - Quartz Gwindel $ 850 (=~ ¥ 126119) SOLD Shalman, Khyber Agency, Pakistan small cabinet - 8.5 x 3.8 x 2.5 cm Tall, glassy Quartz gwindel. Slightly smokey in color, this is perhaps the best Paki gwindel I've seen, certainly the best I've owned. They don't turn up very often, and this is the only one I saw at the 2020 Tucson show. Tall, twisting form, it's undamaged and must have detached naturally from the pocket wall as the bottom is slightly rehealed.
M687 - Gold in Quartz $ 150 (=~ ¥ 22256) SOLD Empire Mine, Grass Valley, Nevada Co., California, USA small cabinet - 9 x 4 x 2.5 cm Gold (along with Pyrite and Galena) in Quartz from the Empire Gold Mine. The Empire Mine is one of the oldest, largest, and richest gold mines in California. Between 1850 and its closure in 1956, the Empire Mine produced 5.8 million ounces of gold, extracted from 367 miles of underground passages. It is now a California State historic park. Specimen is sawcut on one side.
K452 - Prehnite $ 375 (=~ ¥ 55641) SOLD Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania small cabinet - 5.3 x 5 x 3.5 cm Superb bladed crystal group of Prehnite, yellow with a hint of the blue/green color characteristic of the 2019 finds. The front area showed blades of crystals surrounding an inner spherical group of Prehnite and the back shows parallel rows of bladed crystals.
M695 - Galena $ 750 (=~ ¥ 111281) SOLD 9th of September Mine, Madan, Bulgaria miniature - 4.5 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm Skeletal Galena from a find last year at the 9th of September Mine. This is true skeletal Galena (not the manufactured specimens from about 10 years ago), and only the second time in 20 years that they have been found. Main crystal is a superb, cavernous crystal 2cm tall. Undamaged.
