Pyrite and red crystals of Hutchinsonite on matrix. Hutchinsonite is a rare thallium sulfosalt species and these recently found red crystals are some of the best ever found. Crystals reach 8mm long and contrast nicely with the Pyrite. Undamaged with an even distribution of both species across the front face. About as nice a Hutchinsonite specimen as you could expect and the best one I've ever had.

Beautiful formation of deep Rose Quartz crystals atop a Smokey Quartz crystal. The Rose Quartz cluster is 6cm wide. Good color contrast with the Rose Quartz grown on smooth crystals faces of the Smokey Quartz. Good looking specimen and I love the Maine pedigree. .

A very large, red Garnet crystal. The old Griegers label indicates the locality as 'Loretto, Lower California', which I interpret to be Loreto, a major city in Baja (lower) California, Mexico.

Well balanced, high quality miniature of white Clestite crystals on Sulfur. Crystals shoot out from matrix in various directions with individual crystals reaching 3.5 cm long. No damage.

Crystal of translucent green Beryl from the Strelley pegmatite, located approximatley 64 kilometres south-east of Port Hedland in Western Australia. The locality was originally mined for Cassiterite and Tantalite, however green Beryl was also recovered. This is a good size crystal from the John Saul collection. It is complete all around with good form and has been repaired in a few loactions.
