Long single, gemmy Tourmaline crystal with a cranberry pink color with a thin red zone at the termination. There is one professional repair about 2/3 up the crystal that is very hard to notice because it's in a zone that has more internal veils. No damage and with good luster, the color is fantastic. Comes with a custom Lucite base.

Water clear Dolomite crystal with included and attached silvery blades of Hematite. The Brumado mine is best known for Uvite and Magnesite but also produces other really interesting pieces such as pink Topaz, Emeralds, and superb Dolomite. The large Dolomite is twinned and tabular, with the smaller crytals at the base a mixture of both untwinned rhombs and tabular twins. Showy and lustrous, complete all around. The right side is smooth and lustrous but appears to be a cleavage face. Comes mounted on a Lucite stand. Unusual, aesthetic specimen!

Outstanding sixling crystal of Alexandrite, the rare variety of chrysoberyl that exibits a color change between natural and artificial light (Alexandrite effect). This specimen has six very well developed 'arms', each translucent and showing good color when backlit. This is easily the best Brazilian Alexandrite I've ever owned and is complete and good when viewed from either side.

Large and especially fine quality Clinoatacamite crystals with white Calcite over a layer of Malachite. These are regarded as the world's best Clinoatacamite specimens, and this is a good one. The crystals are all pristine. They were protected by a layer of Selenite that I dissolved away, leaving these perfect crystals. Individual crystals reach 1.3cm wide. The Lily Mine is now closed.
