Cluster of translucent yellow Prehnite crystals on Graphite. Such Prehnites have come out sporadically from Merelani over the years, but never before in the quality that has been found in the last year. This specimen has big crystals with individuals to 1.6cm wide. The lower back edge is contacted, otherwise nothing but great crystals sticking out in various directions. A good one for the find.

C476 - Prehnite $ 450 (=~ AUS$ 686) SOLD

Cluster of translucent yellow Prehnite crystals. Such Prehnites have come out sporadically from Merelani over the years, but never before in the quality that has been found in the last year. This specimen has big crystals with great color. It appears to have grown on a Tanzanite crystal (there is a flat surface and traces of Tanzanite on the back). There is some chatter on some crystals but it's in overall great condition and has a fabulous 'glow' to it. A good one for the find.

Deep blue crystals of Benitoite to 2.1cm on schist matrix with white Natrolite. This specimen has two qualities which most do not have - deep blue color and good luster. The color is as good as it gets and the luster is good. A small shallow nick on the large crystal is the only detraction I could find. Uncommon to find them this good!

Long cluster of cranberry red Tourmaline crystals with green tips on Lepidolite. Stunningly beautiful piece with good transparency and balance. There is one repair to the main crystal which keeps the price low. Can be displayed from front or back.
