Good sized, terminated Chrome Tremolite crystal with excellent color. This is a little larger than most, and has an excellent, multi-faced termination. It also has outstanding color, and appears to have some cutting quality gems zones inside too.

These purple Aragonite crystals are fairly common, but I've never seen one quite like this. The main crystal is somewhat doughnut-shaped with other crystals stuffed in the middle, a real oddity. With good luster and the typical purple coloration.

T617 - Barite $ 350 SOLD
Frizington, Cumberland, England

Barite from Frizington, Cumberland, England [db_pics/pics/t617a.jpg] Barite from Frizington, Cumberland, England [db_pics/pics/t617b.jpg]

A beautiful textbook single Barite crystal from the classic locality of Frizington. Light blue and glassy, partially double terminated, with an outstanding transparent zone at the tip. It's in amazing condition for it's age (likely mined in the 1800s), with only the slightest amount of edge wear.

Well formed large crystal of Molybdenite from a not so well know USA locality for the species. Sharply formed crystal faces and striated, beveled edges, which are not commonly seen in Molybdenite crystals.

An uncommon matrix Tsavorite specimen with large gemmy crystals associated with Calcite on Graphite. The two largest crystals are each about 1.7cm wide. The crystals are very gemmy, good sized, and on matrix. The white Calcite crystals provide nice color contrast too. There is significant gem value to the crystals, possibly more valuble than my asking price. The central crystal has a facet grade gem area that is 13 x 10 x 7mm. Large gem quality Tsavorites are hard to find, especially on matrix.

A stunning thumbnail sized specimen of Tsavorite with Diopside on Graphite. The largest Tsavorite is 1.3cm wide with top green color. Nearly a floater that is well crystallized all around. An uncommonly good piece, I give this one high marks!!!
