An exciting new specimen of tabular blue Apatite. From the Namalulu area, which in the past has produced elongated yellow Apatite. This is the only one like it I have seen.

Mining for Spinels in Mahenge recently turned up this unusually colored, somewhat large single Apatite crystal. The color is blue with a hint of green, and it's very gemmy at the termination (as evident in backlit photo).

Fine quality 1.5cm Spessartine in reddish pink mica. This is a specimen I held back for years and is my favorite of any I have owned in this size range.
