Interesting pseudomorph of a prismatic Microcline crystal that have been replaced by Quartz and Schorl. These were from a small find that appeared at the Munich show this year. The Quartz is fantastic and occurs as hundreds of small crystals that form a criss-crossing laticework on the faces of the former Microcline. There is a 4cm fan-shaped cluster of Schorl attached to the backside. Complete and undamaged.
