Magnesioaxinite

Recent find of magnesioaxinite from the type locality at Merelani Hills, Tanzania.  Magnesioaxinite is the magnesium rich end member of the Axinite group (the other end being ferroaxinite) and is typically found as mere shards and crystal fragments.  The following crystals were selected from a newly found batch for their relative completeness and perfection.
