MK183 - Cerussite (R) Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico miniature - 4 x 1.8 x 1.3 cm Thick, transparent colorless Cerussite crystals, shocking in size and quality for the locality. This is from a recent find and look more like something you would see from Tsumeb than any I've ever seen from the Ojuela Mine. The specimen is composed of a large single crystal with a smaller V-twin attached. Unfortunately while photographing, the small V-twin detached from the main crystal and I had to therefore reattach it (the smaller crystal fits perfectly into an angular groove on the larger crystal like a puzzle piece).
MK194 - Azurite Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 3.9 x 2.5 x 1.2 cm Large, complete single Azurite crystal from the Milpillas Mine. This is a floater well crystallized all around. There is some minor chipping present, but overall it's in good condition. Nice to find a complete single crystal like this. Both sides shown in photos.

K896 - Spessartine Nani, Loliondo, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.4 x 1.8 x 1.1 cm Complete 'citrus' orange Spessartine crystal from old finds in Tanzania. These were mostly found as partial or damaged crystals with complete crystals such as this much less common. Excellent form with a few small edge chips and surface pits but no significant damage. Translucent with great color, there are some darker black included areas but also areas of superb gem transparenct. Weighs 37.30 grams.
MK593 - Alkali Beryl with Tourmaline Deo Darrah, Badakhshan, Afghanistan small cabinet - 5.5 x 4.5 x 3.3 cm Intergrown cluster of tabular blue Alkali Beryl crystals, Tourmaline, and Mica. The Beryl crystals reach 1.3cm in size with glassy luster on the thin edges. The colorful Tourmaline crystals show light etching. Well crystallized all around. Note that these were once thought to be the Cesium rich species Vorobyevite but analyses did not show Cesium and this name has since been discredited.
