Sharp cluster of Azurite crystals from the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and I understand these specimens were found in the 1800s. This specimen is composed of intergrown Azurite crystals with an overall diamond shaped form. There are no points of contact, a complete floater and undamaged.

Thick, deep forest green Brochantite crystals with high luster on matrix. This specimn is covered with a number of particularly stout crystals. These are thick, robust crystals from a 2014 find and are much different in style than earlier finds from the mine which were usually more fragile, hair-like crystals.

Large Dravite crystal that is a dark rootbeer brown (but transparent) at one end, that grades to a transparent grey color at the other end. This crystal has a slight bend caused by multiple fracturing and rehealing that occurred within the pegmatite.Thick, gem crystal.

A small but very fine specimen of Chrome and Vanadium rich Dravite. This crystal has the best deep chrome green color but amazingly retains great transparency throughout the whole crystal - these typically go dark and opaque when they get this color. Complete and undamaged.

Azurite crystals too 1.3cm with green Malachite on a Dickite coated matrix. There is also a metallic mineral near the base. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. Damage to one crystal, otherwise undamaged.
